HISTORY
The boat was commissioned and named by the Degarie family in 1951 and was sold to the Bannerman family in 1963. The boat name comes from a stock market gain earned by Dr. Degarie who invested in a Canadian mining stock “Peter Rock Mining Co.” and turned his windfall into this treasure.

In 2019 Peter Rock has been fully restored and now awaits some 2020 spring in-water testing and a third family to continue this fine history.
